We are seeking tutors who:
Have strong subject knowledge in one or more areas
Can teach Primary, GCSE and/or A-Level students
Are confident delivering engaging online lessons
Are reliable, professional, and well-organised
Can adapt teaching to meet a range of learning needs, including SEND
Qualified teachers, trainee teachers, and experienced tutors are all encouraged to apply.
To work with Diower’s Tutoring, you must:
Hold a relevant degree or equivalent subject qualification
Hold an Enhanced DBS check (or be willing to obtain one)
Be legally eligible to work in the UK
Have access to a stable internet connection, laptop, and webcam
Be comfortable using online teaching platforms (e.g. Zoom or Google Meet)
Experience supporting SEND or neurodiverse learners is highly valued.
All tutors must adhere to our Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy
Tutors are expected to maintain professional boundaries at all times
Lessons are delivered online in accordance with our Online Safety Policy
Tutors may be required to complete basic safeguarding training
Tutors are engaged on a self-employed basis.

We manage enquiries, bookings, and payments
Diower’s Tutoring retains a 20% commission on all revenue generated from tutoring sessions arranged through the company.
The remaining 80% is paid directly to you in accordance with our payment schedule.
This commission covers:
Marketing and student recruitment
Administration and scheduling
Secure payment handling
Ongoing tutor support
